GhostDoc is a free Visual Studio extension that automatically generates XML documentation comments for methods and properties based on their type, parameters, name, and other contextual information. Click On the below link Download GHostDoc once click on the link it will ask for email Verification once enter the email it will allow to download. see the below image

Installation Process

  Once the download the GhostDoc extract it, then Close Visual Studio.  Follow the Steps

Now open the Visual studio and you can find the GhostDoc tool in Tools menu and Select the GhostDoc Pro see the below Image.

It will open the Options window.then Select HotKey as Ctrl +Shift +D for documentation from Keyboard.

Now open .net class file and select the method and press Cltrl +Shift +D it will automatically generates XML documentation comments for method. for  more Information.
